I would recommend a rhinoplasty to address the asymmetry. This can be a potential issue with lip lifts as the scar has pulled on the nose.

I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied. You don’t say how long since your lip lift. In time the scars will become very imperceptible so it may be too early for final evaluation. I would not rush into more surgery.

Good evening! I’m sorry that you’ve had trouble with your lip lift. In order to make the nose look improved, the nostril margins on the front view might need to be brought down lower. This can be accomplished with alar rim grafts, or composite grafts, which are very strong. The idea would be trying to decrease the amount of nostril show on the front view. Sometimes, the nose needs to be downrotated as well. As for the upper lip, that may be a separate issue as you have mentioned. Hope this helps.

There is some information missing here that may preclude us from providing reasonable advice. The main thing that we do not know is how long ago your surgery was. Additionally, it is unclear as to why there are 4 before and after photographs. Lip lifts can usually be revised after the full healing process has occurred if there are residual deformities, asymmetries, or poor scarring. Good luck!
