I had rhinoplasty about 18 months ago to straighten my nose and minor hump reduction. I was initially happy with the results but around 9 months postop I noticed redness / Telangiectasia that seems to have slowly gotten worse. I also noticed a small notch that I hadn't noticed before. My doctor tried filler for the notch and lazer for the red mark. Neither have worked. Do I have any other options? Is revision an option or would it make it worse?
