I've always been insecure about my nose as I feel like it is deviated and is big in comparison with my other features. Especially when I smile, it seems like my nose is facing downwards. What specifically should be focused on during rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty is the procedure that can help reshape your nose. It's hard to tell everything that's going on without a side photo. But I suspect that you have a bit of a dorsal bump. Your tip is slightly wide and you have a portion that droops down (the columella). These are all very common problems that an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon see every day. To have a reliable analysis please send a photo of your three-quarter view with and without a smile, your side profile view with and without a smile and a view from underneath the nose looking up at the nostrils, In addition to the frontal views which you have already submitted. It looks like you have very pretty features, so an aesthetically pleasing nose would blend well

The Nose is a three dimensional structure, and a full set of facial photographs from all angles would be required to make a determination about how best to proceed. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down dorsal hump, narrowing and straightening the bridge line, and refinement of the nasal tip. Also important to release the depressor septi ligament which dynamically pulls the tip downward when smiling. Rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience.

From the three frontal view photos, I note that your nasal tip is round and amorphous and the lower half of your nose appears displaced to the right of midline, including the columella which is tilted to the right. Without lateral views, I cannot comment upon nasal projection or determine tip droop.
You appear to be a candidate for rhinoplasty to straighten the nose and define the nasal tip. 
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
