A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down dorsal hump, narrowing and straightening the bridge line, and refinement of the nasal tip. Also important to release the depressor septi ligament which dynamically pulls the tip downward when smiling. Rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience.
