I have had some filler in my jawline recently (again) and honestly, I not find that I've had much improvement with defining and creating a much more angular look. I have some "pre jowls" and am looking improve these - perhaps I've had the wrong filler and/or not enough injected. Is Volux a good option for this? How much filler is typically needed? Does Botox help? Thank you...
Answer: Filler with laser skin rejuvenation for best results Based on your photos, it appears you might benefit most from a combination of fractional laser to rejuvenate the skin and boost collagen levels, and a bit of well-placed filler to put the finishing touches on your jawline. These procedures require a tremendous amount of precision and expertise to achieve an optimal outcome. Make sure you are working with a very experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon to ensure the best possible result.

Answer: Neck Sag -- Fillers Like Belotero, Silk; Fraxel or Erbium Laser; Botox/Dysport/Xeomin; Sagging needs Neck Lift, Renvion/Vaser this will need skin tighting and fillers. fillersalone will not help. most my younger patients do facetite, threads, and morpheus, you may need an early lift. I suggest seeing an expert and starting dermarolling at home with stem cell therapy (see link to my daily protocol with weekly rolling). With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel, co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles. You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. micro needling and lasers for texture 2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands 3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting 4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds 5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening 7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening 8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production see an expert for a full evaluation and treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: Chin and jawline restructuring requires a comprehensive plan. Adding structure to the jawline and projecting the chin for better profile balance can require a signifiant correction. If you did not notice much of a difference, it is possible that you did not have enough product, or that the wrong product was used. Typically for chin/jawline a very stiff and structural filler is used. Juvederm Volux is an excellent option and is also one of the longest lasting fillers on the market currently. To get the best results you should seek out treatment from a medical professional with experience and expertise.

Answer: Jaw definition The jaw is an area that can require many syringes of filler, depending on your structure, it can be upwards of 4 syringes done safely over a few sessions. There are options for filler that are permanent or even semi-permanent. Botox in your platysmal bands (long vertical muscle bands that attach in the jaw and run down through the neck) could help address the definition of your jaw since they will not pull down on the jaw as much once treated.

Answer: Technique vs Products Hello. Thanks for sharing your case with us. Here is the key point. When it comes to achieve a facelift without machines, you can do it with just fillers or threads. Fillers: If you decide to do just fillers, you must do the thickest ones and start from the temporal area to achieve a more defined jawline, the lifting process starts from the upper third of the face, then you need to have some fillers in the cheekbone as well. You can achieve great results in one session and probably you need 6 to 8 fillers.Threads: If you decide to do threads i will definitely recommend silhouette soft which are the ones who reposition the flaccid skin and progressively promote collagen production in your skin to achieve a better quality and tightness. Do both: That's one of the options as well if you want faster results, hyaluronic acid fillers will immediately replace volumen lost and achieve an immediate lift, as well as threads, even known skin quality will have a better quality with time. Results can be immediate when you do both since you can add volume without changing the shape of your face.Definitely i will recommend to go with an expert aesthetic physician to set your plan and have natural results, and don't forget to follow up. Best luck.DR LUIS MARIO SALAZAR /// AESTHETIC SOLUTIONS
