Relatively small amounts of filler are used so it isn't a lot of volume added to the area. Once the filler dissolves, your appearance will return back to normal and you will continue to age. Keep in mind that small amounts are used for most areas (depending on the area, most treatments use 0.5 to 2 mL of product; 2 mL is equivalent to 0.4 teaspoons). As the amounts used are relatively small, you should not be concerned about stretching the skin or causing damage to your skin or tissues.
