Do you know what these dents are on the side of my eyes/head? Treatment options? (photos)

On both sides of my head, next to my eyes, I have these dents that really bother me. They dint hurt but as you can tell they do not look good. Both sides have the dent/deformity but one is worse that the other, but nevertheless they are both bad. Do you know what they are and what treatments are available to correct it.
