He is very professional and honest with his recommendations, also the staff is very friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable from my first appointment. I'm happy with my results, my chin looks very natural, The recovery was fast, next day I was able to do my daily activities. If you are thinking of doing fillers, this is the clinic you need to visit!

Dr. Pavlou is the BEST medi spa doctor in Vancouver. I I did an non-invasive face lift at SkinTechnique with Dr. Pavlou about 3 months ago. Ultheraphy is an innovative treatment that uses ultrasound energy to non-surgically lift and tighten skin while boosting natural collagen production.

I'm in my mid-30's and technically I don't NEED a "facelift" yet. But what Ultheraphy does for people our age is that it boosts collagen production so that your skin won't sag as easily and quickly as you age. For me, it's a preventative maintenance rather than a fix. But Ultheraphy is excellent to achieve both goals !

Many of my friends have done the Ultherapy treatment with other clinics and some of them told me that the treatment was extremely , painfully unbearable. But that was not my case at all ! My entire experience was almost painless, only till the very end where the more surface depth of my skin was being treated (And I have zero pain tolerance). That is EXACTLY why some people experience pain and some do not. This is because Ultherapy actually requires certification, skills, and EXPERIENCE to be performed right. When the ultrasound targets the correct depth of your skin (deeper), it is painless. But it is quite painful when the ultrasound only reaches the surface level. If the entire treatment only targets the shallow depth , the result is incomparable to one that targets deeper/correct depth.

When the treatment is performed by an inexperienced clinic, your skin may even be harmed. So it is so important to find a reputable clinic ! If you are interested in Ultherapy and any other medical aesthetic treatments, I highly recommend Dr. Pavlou from SkinTechnique !

There is no one else I would trust with my face! I am very happy with my Botox treatment for my crow's feet, frown and forehead lines. It looks very natural and I can't believe I have waited this long to get it done!

Addressed all my concerns and listened to the reason I was coming in (I look so tired though I don't feel it!). He explained how the under eye filler or TiredEye enhancement works, what to expect and results. Great bedside manner and very professional. I'm new to all these treatments and since seeing him, I would certainly come back and do other injectable treatments.

I have been getting regular Botox and filler treatments elsewhere and decided to try out Dr. Pavlou upon many personal recommendations. The treatment was painless and I've never been so happy with my results. The team is welcoming and his bedside manner could not have been any better. I cannot recommend Dr. Pavlou enough!

I had a great experience with Dr. Pavlou for lip fillers. I wanted to even out my lips as my bottom is bigger than my top lip. Dr. Pavlou explained what's going to happen and what to expect. He was very attentive and answered all my questions as it was my first time for fillers. He really has your best interest at heart. He made me feel comfortable during my treatment and reassured me as I was feeling a little nervous.

He did a full assessment on me and gave me a treatment plan for profile balancing. I would highly recommend Dr. Pavlou for any filler treatment. Since seeing Dr. Pavlou, I'm excited to proceed with more treatment like Botox because I know I'm in great hands.

Dr. Pavlou is simply the best. I trust him with between the brow botox, under eye filler and lip filler to get a very natural look and best version of me look. I have been seeing him for filler and his staff for facials and I would never go anywhere else.

I had my Tired Eye treatment done after years of looking like I haven't slept. I left the clinic looking instantly refreshed, without any signs of bruising or swelling. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this treatment if you have tired looking under eyes. I am afraid of needles, however Dr. Pavlou calmed my nerves and I barely felt it! Dr. Pavlou is the best.

So I started grinding when I was in college. And then it never stopped. Had to get my teeth fixed and a retainer to stop the night grinding. So when I decided to go in and get botox for my jaw, it was a no brainer that Dr. Pavlou would explain to me that my muscles will relax and my face shape would change.
