Robert is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I had never tried Botox prior to meeting with him so I was nervous about the procedure and didn't want the results to look "fake." He made me feel extremely comfortable with the treatments and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the results, which were also amazing! I've done Botox 2x and the Moxi Laser 3x at Evergreen Medical and have already recommended Robert and his facility to everyone I know. I am so happy with the results - I no longer wear make up and get compliments on my skin daily. The best part is the treatment was so natural looking that my husband didn't even notice, yet as a working mom, it was enough for me to feel like I don't like exhausted anymore :)
The under-eye area is very complex. Simply doing tear trough filler on its own is usually not enough. Usually some cheek augmentation is required as well. If that dark circles are caused by changes in skin pigmentation then this won't be fixed with filler. One could try an eye serum to improve the skin quality. Filler is used to fix volume deficit and sagging - it won't do anything for hyperpigmentation.
Filler, when done properly, should absolutely look natural. However, much like asking someone to paint you a painting, who is doing it matters greatly. I would ask to see before/after photos from your prospective provider so you can get an idea of the types of treatments they do. If they should you multiple photos of patients with a "done" or unnatural look, then I would suggest you find a provider that meshes with your values and expected outcomes. Cheek filler should dissolve relatively symmetrically and it would be very uncommon for one cheek to dissolve significantly before the other.
PRP, when successful, should reduce hair thinning and shedding and hopefully increase hair density and calibre. It would be expected that after 3 sessions you should at least have some slowing of hair shedding. However, it also depends on why you have hair shedding. The majority of hair loss and shedding patients have androgenetic alopecia, however there are other causes of hair loss as well and these need to be ruled out by a careful history and evaluation. This is why you need to see a medical professional who can diagnose your hair loss. The quality of the PRP system and the purity of PRP that is obtained is also important.
There is no one right answer that will be 100% accurate, because there have not been enough studies to prove that it is 100% safe. Therefore no one will give you a completely straight answer. The reality is that neuromodulators get taken up within the muscles within minutes. Having a heat-based or even laser treatment should not effect it. Most people recommend waiting 2ish weeks but this out of abundance of caution and not necessarily based on evidence. It would be best to speak with your provider as every treatment is different and they may have more knowledge on the specific treatment you are contemplating.
If there is unevenness in your lips, and assuming this is caused by your filler treatment and not the natural shape of your lips, then your options would be to massage it out or to dissolve the filler. Once the filler has fully integrated into the tissue then it becomes increasingly difficult to massage it away. Saline flush or "poking it out" would likely not be successful. Do not poke it as you may introduce bacteria into the filler and cause an infection, which would be a much bigger deal. I would suggest you see the provider that placed the filler and have them assess it and provide you with options.
