Would it be possible to move and center my nipples with silicone implants? (Photos)

Implants must be centred behind the areolae/nipples. This prevents the nipples pointing overly outward or inward, which would look unnatural. While a breast lift would reshape your breasts to make them perkier, and help bring your nipples up a bit, they wouldn’t be as centred as your wish pics. Implants and a lift may, however, give your breasts a rounder, fuller look.

Thank you for your question. The "wish picture" attached is a bit unrealistic. Based on your photo,you will likely need a mastopexy (breast lift) with or without implants for added fullness in the upper pole. I recommend discussing these options with a board certified plastic surgeon, who can individualize your treatment plan.

Implants are generally centered on the native breast mound. Widely spaced breasts will have widely spaced implants. Implants are unlikely to affect NAC position.A formal mastopexy pattern can be skewed to better center the NAC on the mound as it is lifted and rotated into place. The implants will add volume alone.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS). 

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. You can center your nipples to better approximate your goal photograph and this will come more as a result of the breast lift than the implants (which supply volume alone).  See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss.  

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  With that
being said, based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be
achieved with an implant and a breast lift. Your nipple sits below the
inframammary fold and without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not
have a natural shape.  A breast lift with an implant can result in a very
nice shape and more central nipple position if good technique is used.  The size, profile, and shape of
the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Yes, your nipples can be more centralized, no, that cannot be achieved with implants alone, but requires a lift in addition. Nipple/areola position on a breast is considered "normal" and "attractive" and "desirable" if is located either on the breast meridian (an imaginary line along the long vertical axis of the breast tat divides the breast into two equal halves), or lightly outside that line toward your arm. If the nipple/areola lies toward the inside of that line (toward your belly button), it is considered peculiar and unattractive (kind of "crosseyed"). Because you have some natural dropping or relaxation in your breasts, a breast lift will not only raise your nipple/areola and tighten your breasts, but also get your nipple/areolae closer to that breast meridian. For your body frame it is distinctly possible that you would not need implants at all to achieve an attractive enhancement. As other colleagues have recommended, I would agree with a first stage breast lift, followed by a second stage augmentation to see if you actually need one. If you are quite certain that you would only be happy with both, a conservative augmentation can be done at the same time. All of these options need to be discussed with an experienced board certified board eligible plastic surgeon. A breast lift is needed and moving the nipple to the center can be done. I would do this operation first and plan for the augmentation 2-3 months later. Doing all at the same time risky given the large breast size you request. Good Luck!

You have some sagging and the nipples may be able to be moved slightly more medial to center them, but they probably will not be exactly in the center of the breasts.

thank you for your question and photographs. From the photographs it looks like that you will get near desired look with breast augmentation with lift.  Upper pole fullness can be improved with removing little breast tissue from lower pole and  comensating it  with  little larger implant. Round silicone implant in subglandular plane will give more upper pole fullness
