Would a breast fat transfer on slim person have better results than someone larger?

3/4 cup size increase is about average for one fat transfer procedure. The fat transfer volumes to each breast may range from 240 cc to 360 cc in most cases. About 50% of the fat survives, on average.
Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant. Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations.

In any instance fat transfer is a hit or miss operation. I don’t do the procedure because I think the results are lousy. Not to mention that later you may get lumps forming

Breast fat transfer is a technique that allows to improve breast fullness, but lets not forget is a method to enhance the proportions of the body because the fat to be transfer si from the patient own body. Slim patients often are very limited in donor fat, whereby larger patients have plenty of donor fat to use. Less fat transferred is less volume.
