Hello, this is a follow up to my previous question thank you for your answers. Based on the answers, I seem to be a good candidate for a lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty to remove the fat under my eyes. My main goal is to remove the puffiness and to reduce the red swollen appearance . I also have hollowing caused by my negative vector which makes me have tear trough lines. Do I have to get fat repositioning under my eyes or is a lower bleph alone enough to reach my goals? Thank you again.

Crow's feet are the result of the contraction of the obicularis oculi muscle around your eyes. contraction of that muscle helps your close your eyes and blink etc. Unfortunately getting rid of them completely would only come from permanently paralyzing that muscle which I wouldn't recommend....
Judging from you photo you appear to have a mild redundancy of lower eyelid skin and a prominent pretarsal orbicularis muscle. Options would include botox to the lower lid to reduce the prominence of the muscle or conservative skin removal. You really need an in person consultation to determine...
I prefer to harvest fat from the outer thigh or hip, process it, and then inject it to the tear trough. If fat transposition is done, there is a higher chance of that transposed fat being lumpy, while processed and injected fat is almost like a thick liquid. It also has good staying power as well.
