What procedure can smooth out the lower eyelid area?
Answer: Lower lids Judging from you photo you appear to have a mild redundancy of lower eyelid skin and a prominent pretarsal orbicularis muscle. Options would include botox to the lower lid to reduce the prominence of the muscle or conservative skin removal. You really need an in person consultation to determine the best option for you.

Answer: Do I have eye bags? It's difficult to assess your under eye area with the submitted photo. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon or a med spa near you. You may find improvement with under eye fillers or perhaps a treatment such as Morpheus8 for improvement. We always recommend medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Microdroplets Of Botox For Under-Eye "Jelly Rolls" At least from the photos, what you describe as lower lid eye bags are actually what has been nicknamed "jelly rolls" because of their resemblance to the rounded, belly-like shape of jelly rolls, which are in fact hypertrophied under-eye muscles. A couple of microdroplets of Botox placed in each muscle typically works well for shrinking them. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.

Answer: Lower eyelid surgery It's a little difficult to tell from your picture, but it looks like you have a little bit of fat herniation under the eyelids causing a fullness and casting a shadow. This could also be filler if you have ever had filler under your eyes. I'd recommend taking a photo with the camera positioned eye level directly in front of you. Take the first picture looking directly at the camera and the second picture looking up towards the ceiling with just your eyes. If it's lower eyelid fat pockets casting the shadow, the fat will move upward with the eye movement and become more pronounced in the second photo. I'd recommend seeing a local Facial Plastic Surgeon, Oculoplastic Surgeon, or Plastic Surgeon in your area for a full evaluation to see what can be done to reach your goals.
