Hello, I'm 29 years old and looking to help a few of my concerns * Rhinoplasty 2 years ago & tip is solid. Makes it appear pointy and feels not quite right. Is there anything to fix this? * Under eyes are always dark and tired. Seems like there's a gap? Especially when I look down * My skin generally feels to be going downward, especially jowls. I'd like to create more definition as I have no jawline either Does all of this need surgery, or tweakments could help? Thanks!
