RA: In addition to delivering an excellent level of surgery and results, it’s the hands-on care and support we provide, preoperatively and postoperatively. I love people, and I’m able to put patients at ease and connect with them quickly. They’re here to talk about something very sensitive that they’ve thought about for a long time, so the environment has to be warm and personal. RS: What’s a consultation with you like? RA: I set aside at least 45 minutes for both virtual and in-person consults, so I can dive deep into the patient’s goals and what they’re looking for. I always tell patients, “You’re not buying coffee and donuts. You’re buying surgery, which is a big deal, so we need to talk about everything.” I’m very upfront about realistic expectations, and I don’t sugarcoat things like pain, soreness, and swelling. Post-operatively, there shouldn’t be many surprises that crop up —my patients know what to expect. RS: How would you describe your approach to plastic surgery? RA: It starts with patient goals, and we work backward from there. Sometimes they need a little help, sometimes more, and sometimes it’s not completely possible. An important, though difficult, part of my job is also to tell patients when they don’t need surgery. Once we’ve talked in detail about how to attain their goals, I use every technique and technology possible to deliver for them. I shoot for perfection and, hopefully, land on awesome. RS: What inspired you to be a plastic surgeon? RA: My dad is a surgeon. Once I saw him in action, I was like, “This is awesome! I’ve got to do surgery!” I did a lot of different surgical rotations in medical school to figure out what kind I wanted to do. I’m really into music—I’ve played piano, guitar, and drums, and I’ve written and produced electronic music since I was 14. The out-of-the-box thinking plastic surgery requires felt very creatively similar to the music production I’d been doing for so long. Plastic surgery isn’t always life-saving, but it IS life-changing. I love what I do. Most days, I can’t believe I get paid to do this.
We will gladly apply your collected consultation fee to the cost of any treatment or procedure booked!
I had a BBL with 360 Lipo done by Dr. Azizi, and I’m now 3 months post-op — I absolutely LOVE my results and couldn’t be happier. From the first consultation all the way through surgery, follow-ups, and the massages, everything was top-notch. The whole team made me feel so cared for and supported the entire time. The post-op massages were seriously next level — nothing like what you get anywhere else. They made a huge difference in my healing and comfort. I’m so thankful for Dr. Azizi and his amazing staff. I’d recommend them to any of my friends or family without a doubt. If you’re thinking about doing it — do it here!
I have wanted a breast augmentation since middle school. I am now in my early 20’s and that dream became a reality with the help of Dr. Azizi and his amazing team. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave, I could almost guarantee you’ll smile the whole time. I searched far and wide for a surgeon who could help me achieve my goal without totally breaking the bank and I am so happy I heard about Dr. Azizi! I have always been incredibly insecure about my breast size and have always wanted to change that, but never in a million years did I think that would actually happen. I am getting married next year and that was definitely a big motivator in making the procedure happen. I want to feel amazing in my dress, as it is a once in a lifetime experience. Though, I wouldn’t feel that way with how insecure I was. I heard about Dr. Azizi from a family friend who had a procedure done with him and his team. So, I gave the office a call to set up a consultation. Before I had even left the office after my consult, I was scheduling a surgery day. I felt truly taken care through every step of the way. You can tell that Dr. Azizi and his team really care about making you happy and confident, while also ensuring you’re making the best choice for yourself. I had not a single worry about the day of my surgery, only butterflies at the fact that my dream was coming true. I had such a speedy and low pain recovery, especially knowing that if I had any questions or concerns, Dr. Azizi and his team were only a call away. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and so happy I chose Dr. Azizi. He will forever be who I go to for any procedure! I’m telling you, look no further, you have found the best plastic surgeon in the world!
Today I am 3 months post op! I had a tummy tuck, lipo, and a bbl. To say that I am HAPPY with my results is an understatement. I am in awe!!!!!! From the first time I called RAM plastic surgery to current, I have encountered nothing but professionalism and kindness from Dr Azizi and ALL of his staff members!! Dr. Azizi is so personable, extremely amiable, considerate and he LISTENS. When I met him at my consultation, he took the time to explain the best options for my body type. The man has magic hands. His staff Jazmin, Bre, Bryanna, Lexi, Sara, Nicole and Mary are all exceptional and great to work with. I had a mommy makeover in March 2025 (tummy tuck, liposuction of abdomen and flanks, muscle repair, and breast augmentation). Dr. Azizi is a true artist. He is an expert in the female physique. He can deliver just about any result you want while still making it look natural. He is very knowledgeable and continuously improving his practice with new procedures and techniques. He is always quick to reply via email or call to any questions or issues I had during recovery. The patient care is top notch by including a lot of things most surgeons would charge extra for. For example, he includes liposuction and muscle repair in every tummy tuck case because Dr. Azizi actually cares about his work and the results he gives his patients. He feels that including these extra procedures will give his patients the best outcome whereas most surgeons would charge extra for that. In addition to that, post op garments, hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments, post op lymphatic massages, silicone scar gel, and many post op supplies are all included in the all-inclusive price. I really appreciated that the prices were so up front and I wasn’t charged any hidden or last minute fees. I have been so self conscious of my body for 10 years from having 3 very large babies, even after losing 100lbs. Dr. Azizi gave me my confidence back and you can finally see all the hard work I’ve been putting in at the gym! I will be forever grateful to him for his attention to detail and genuine dedication to his patients.
Best Doctor ever!! I got a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Azizi. When I went into the consultation the doctor was very patient and answered all my questions. The day of the surgery he’s whole team was very insightful and very sweet. I had an easy and great recovery. If I had any questions throughout the process I was able to get a hold of the doctor almost immediately. But the results….AMAZING! It’s exactly what I had requested. I am very happy I went with Dr. Azizi.

For years, I contemplated plastic surgery, but my biggest concern was choosing the right surgeon. I discovered the Big Butts No Lies Plastic Surgery podcast with Mavi Rodriguez (super informative podcast!!) and decided to hire her as my plastic surgery consultant. Having her expertise gave me peace of mind, knowing I wouldn’t make a bad choice. After listening to countless episodes, I came across one featuring Dr. Azizi, and something about his approach really stood out to me. His work looked beautiful and natural, and everything I read about him was overwhelmingly positive. I scheduled consultations with three different plastic surgeons, but when I (virtually) met Dr. Azizi, I knew he was the one. He made me feel completely at ease, addressed most of my concerns before I even had to ask, and truly took his time with me. I booked my surgery in March and, ten months later, flew to Chicago for the procedure, staying for nearly two weeks. Everything went perfectly on surgery day, and Dr. Azizi’s entire staff was phenomenal. It’s evident that the culture of his practice is centered around patient care—not just during surgery but before and after as well. I felt 100% cared for at every stage. The staff explained everything thoroughly, were incredibly kind and responsive, and welcomed me by name every time I walked into the office. In the week following my surgery, I had daily post-op visits, and the level of attention and care I received was unmatched. I also messaged Dr. Azizi post-surgery a few times with questions and updates, and he always responded within hours. Now, at six weeks post-op, I couldn’t be happier with my results. He truly listened to what I wanted and over-delivered. I love my belly button, my flat tummy, my little waist, my breasts that are the perfect size for my body and the shape of my hips and booty. If you’re looking for an incredible plastic surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients every step of the way, I highly recommend Dr. Azizi and R.A.M. Plastic Surgery! Updated on 12 Mar 2025: Here are some pictures fe surgery day, recovery and onto 9.5 weeks post op. Overall, I’ve had a great recovery. My results have exceeded expectations. I’m in love with m results. Updated on 12 Mar 2025: I had to delete some pics from my previous post because they didn’t post right here they are.
I was looking for a plastic surgeon to help enhance my body and boost my confidence, and the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) felt like the perfect choice. I chose Dr. Azizi because of his great reputation for getting amazing results and his attention to detail. From the first consultation, he made me feel super comfortable with his knowledge and kind approach. The whole experience was awesome. His staff was so sweet, attentive, and made me feel like I was in great hands every step of the way. They answered all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of before and after the surgery. I’m absolutely in love with my results! My body looks better than I could’ve ever imagined, and I feel so much more confident and happy. He has truly changed my life. Everything turned out way better than I expected, and I can’t thank Dr. Azizi and his amazing team enough. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about a BBL or any cosmetic procedure! You are still going to be tight, sore, and uncomfortable a week after your tummy tuck. A quick 1-2 hour flight is going to be a million times easier on you than a long car ride (you should have someone help you with your luggage, you won't be solo yet). I am ok with having my patients take a plane ride a week after surgery and usually recommned getting an aisle seat (business class if you can), and getting up every hour or so to walk to the bathroom in order to keep blood flowing. Every day you extend in Florida after a week will exponentially help you have an easier trip back (day 7 vs. day 8 vs. day 9 makes a difference). I personally do not have my patients buy the compression machine for the legs. I would run all this by your surgeon to see their input but this is generally how I would advise my patients. Best of luck on your journey!
You might be able to find a plastic surgeon who will collaborate with the general surgeon to do this at the same time but it isn't ideal. You will have to find a plastic surgeon you really like, who is good, AND has privileges at the same facility that the general surgeon does to operate, AND they will need to both have same openings and coordinate their schedule. There is also the fact that the plastic surgeon will probably be waiting for a couple hours while the general surgeon is operating and would you end up getting charged for that? Not to mention the gas from stretching the belly during the gallbladder operation, or the fact that they have to go through the belly button that will be worked on by the plastic surgeon complicates things. Gallbladder surgery is generally easy to recover from so it is much better to do two stages and focus on your plastic surgery recovery. Many many reasons to do 2 stages but not many reasons to do it in one stage. Best of luck to you on your journey!
A couple things I see here to keep in mind. In the photo where you are sitting or standing, we see a bit of extra skin hanging out. This usually means that you can get a nice benefit by removing a bit more skin at the bottom (like a mini TT). After a long period of time, a good tummy tuck can still age and stretch because the person is still human and aging. Also, we do see that fat cells can't come back but you can still gain weight after surgery because you are human, and the weight has to go somewhere. It is HARDER for it to come back to an area that was liposuctioned or removed but it does not mean it CAN'T come back. You can always work on trying to lose weight because that will help....but getting a surgical consult to see if you can have a bit more skin removed at that apron at the bottom will be a good solution. Best of luck to you on your journey!
I don't doubt that you have the loose skin that needs excision and you would benefit from tummy tuck, arm lift and butt lift. However, if you are on immunosuppresent medications because of the transplant (which just about everyone has to be on), these get in the way of healing wounds/tissues and increase the chance of infection. This is why most plastic surgeons will generally not take on a case in a post-transplant patient because of the increased risk of complications. It is unfortunate and I understand where you are coming from, but I think you will have a hard time finding a plastic surgeon to do the case. Best of luck to you on your journey.
It is hard to evaluate your lower belly because the photos cut off just there. You do have a good amount of fat around your midsection so a high volume lipo 360 would be helpful....but the question is do you need a tummy tuck and muscle repair as well? You did not mention if you had history of pregnancies but I'm guessing you may have and if you had multiple children, then more likely would need a tummy tuck. What I do see though is the lower part of your belly seems to have some sagging to it and I worry that liposuction alone would cause it to sag more. That is the bigger reason to do the tummy tuck. You probably do have some muscle stretching that would benefit from repair during the tummy tuck. But mostly from what I see your lower abdomen skin doing right now, it looks like you would probably need a tummy tuck to make it better. Best of luck on your journey!
