Why does my nose look much bigger, crooked, and less up-turned at certain angles on the right side of my face? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your photographs, you appear to have cartilage asymmetry.  This can be improved with rhinoplasty.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Asymmetry and crookedness of the nose will give different three-quarter profile photographs. A rhinoplasty procedure can help address straightening the nose and making it look more symmetric. This is accomplished with osteotomies placed in the nasal bones, a tip-plasty with asymmetrical cartilage removal and/or grafting techniques, and a spreader graft placed in the mid-portion of the nose on the concave side.
