I study Drama, which involves 6 hours a day, 5 times a week of physical activity including contemporary dance, acrobatics, jumping, and partner lifts, among other things. A week ago I got hit, and broke my nose, and had emergency surgery. Right now, I'm on a 10 day bed rest, with a cast on it, but I'm not sure if I should go back this semester to class, for fear of something happening to it. What do you think?

You still have some time in regards to your healing so be a bit patient. If there continues to be some asymmetry at about the six month mark, then I would start thinking about a revision surgery to lower the higher rim. Best of luck
