I made esthetic surgery 4months ago, only to reduce my nose tip.2weeks ago I noticed that one of my nostrils (right) is higher than the other. It upsets me because I didn’t have much difference with before and after pics, and now, I even saw a “failure”.What if by time the nostrils continue to be even more different? (Because this is new, it wasn’t like this) Will it forever stay this way and should I do another operation or fillers? I really see a difference and I dont like imperfections. Thanks

Depending on how you tolerate general anesthesia and the surgery overall, it can be possible to work on essays and assignments soon after surgery. But to be safe, it can be recommended to make your arrangements in a manner that they would not be required to be done within the first 1-2 days...
At 6 months post-op, the tissues should be very well-adhered. However, there still may be some degree of swelling depending on the extent of your surgery. In any event, it is unlikely that waxing your nose will compromise or change your result this far after surgery.
Your nose looks great! Looking at your preop and your postop photos, your surgery was quite successful. Any perceived fullness at the dorsum of your nose will likely improve with time. Swelling can remain for up to a year.
