What procedures can fix my thick lips and nostrils?

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from lip reduction surgery.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

All of these problems can be successfully addressed with surgeries. Lip reduction would create more balanced lower face, nose surgery finer nose and forehead contouring less prominent  and harmonious forehead. All procedures can be done in the same time or  separately. Consultation with an experienced  board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial surgery would help. Good luck.

  Fortunately for you, the things you "don't like" are reasonable and definitely fixable. The nose can be greatly refined, the forehead can be contoured, the jawline can be augmented with implants. Likewise, the lips can be reduced. Each of these things can be done subtley and in combination will give a great result.

Based upon your photo, I think you would see the most improvement and bang for you buck with rhinoplasty to narrow and refine your nasal bridge and nasal tip refinement through defatting excess fibrofatty tissue in the tip.  Cartilage grafts may be added to support and shape the tip.   You would also benefit from lip reduction surgery.  The most important thing is to seek out a board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty. They are the most challenging cosmetic procedures due to the anatomy and skin thickness that require special techniques to achieve the desired look. Be sure to do your research and look through the potential surgeon's before and after photos and make sure you like the results you see.  Request computer imaging during your consultation, as the "after" image will give you a good idea of the result you can expect after surgery. Best,Dr. S.
