Physical exam would be helpful because from your photos, your lips look fine. It appears that lower Nasolabial folds may be what are bothering you. Fillers like Juvederm may be helpful. Seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist. Good luck!

By mouth protrusions I think you mean the folds on the sides of the mouth in the nasolabial fold region which happens as the cheeks start to shrink down, and as a result aren't pulling up the cheeks anymore.Voluma is labeled as a 2 year filler.  It is a pretty easy process to have done.  You would have to define modest budget, as I'm thinking about 2 syringes, you can expect the price to be about $1,750.  It is safe and fully reversible if for some reason you did not like it.
