I just got a 30 minute back massage where I was laying on my stomach. I am 5.5 weeks post-op, and realized after the fact that this may not have been a good idea. My dr. didn't provide any specific instructions about when post-op I could lay on my stomach for a massage. My breasts look completely as they did before the massage, and are perhaps just a tiny bit sore from laying on my stomach. Do you think I've caused any damage to my implants? Is there anything I should do now, post-back massage?

The risk in the first 2 weeks is bleeding if you use your upper body. Ask your surgeon but people typically go back to desk work at 3 days, moderate work at 2-3 weeks and freight loading at 6-8 weeks.
There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined...
Your pain sounds completely normal. It may just be too soon for you to be lifting things. Every patient heals differently. For now, take it easy and remember that it can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and settle/drop into their new position.
