I am six days post op and went with relatively small implants 350 cc and 375 cc. While the swelling has gone down considerably, they still feel really hard. I am unable to take narcotic pain killers due to an allergic reaction. Should I ice them or massage them? I read conflicting information on this site regarding massage. Thanks in advance for your input. Picture below is 6 days post op.

Thanks for the question. In my practice, after performing a BA I recommend to my patients to limit the movement of the arms for two weeks. After that, you can move your arms taking care and always with common sense. In this regard, it's not advisable to carry heavy weights to prevent the implant...
I see the problem you are facing. At this time I encourage you to allow for healing to mature. This could take up to 6 months. You probably will need some adjustment to the right side. I hope you chose a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons.
Thanks for the question. After 6-8 weeks your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can dancing and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.
