I am one week post op, i had 560cc silcone gel implants placed partily under the muscle (dual plane) i have noticed that on one side i have an indent where the pec muscle ends. I knew that going under the muscle that you have the risk of having deformation when the pec is flexed but this is when the muscle is relaxed. Will this soften in time as everything stretchea out since im so fresh out of surgery or will i need another surgery

Thanks for your question. To be safe, I recommend that you remove all metal object from your body and replace metal piercings with plastic ones. Cautery is used during surgery to minimize bleeding. Metal objects are at risk to absorb some of the heat from cautery and thus burn the surrounding skin.
It is very normal for breasts to feel firm and tight during the post operative phase. It can take several weeks for the implants to settle and soften. Be patient with your result. I recommend my patients not use ice/heat but allow your body to heal naturally. If your plastic surgeon recommends...
