Liposuction is not for weight loss , it is a body contouring procedure. I suggest you speak to your physician about the best way to get you on a plan to lose weight, either surgical or non surgical. Best, Dr. Emer.
It's unlikely that you would be able to obtain your goals with liposuction. Patients with a high body mass index (BMI) typically have excess skin after liposuction, which may leave you looking worse. Also, liposuction does not remove a significant amount of weight and should not be used for weight loss. When considering any body contouring surgery, it's best to obtain your goal weight prior to proceeding with any procedure. This helps make the procedure long-lasting and helps your surgeon choose the best procedure for you for you.
Patients with a high BMI are not ideal candidate for liposuction. However, many patients are pleased with the results. Keep in mind that liposuction is not really a weight reduction procedure.
Liposuction can improve your contour, but generally does not result in significant weight loss. Because of your size, the amount that could be safely removed would likely not produce a satisfactory result. I suggest you visit a nutritionist or consider some kind of weight loss surgery.

There are limitations as to how much fat can be removed at one time, and the skin also may not be able to shrink down to give a good result.I would suggest you speak with your doctor about a weight loss solution that might include bariatric surgery.Hope this helps.Se
Liposuction is very risky at high weights both in terms of medical complications and poor aesthetic outcomes. It is also not a weight loss procedure and should not be viewed as such. Best to arrive at your ideal weight first. Consider a comprehensive weight loss program or a referral from your primary care physician to one. Best wishes.
I would suggest that liposuction is not the procedure for you. I would focus on other forms of weight loss and reserve liposuction for any areas which may be left once you have reached a lower weight.
Lipo will not address the weight issue but can change the contours. Given your current weight you she see a bariatric surgeon. If youngster not interested in weight loss surgery most will still help with medically supervised non-surgical weight loss.
I would not recommend liposuction for weight loss and would recommend you get to a healthy BMI before considering the procedure. Usually with excessive weight loss liposuction is not beneficial because the amount of loose excess skin remaining.
