Will my post-seroma lump go away on its own or will I need to surgery again? (Photo)

WB0108
A seroma develop in my left hip roll area after direct excision and lipo of the skin. After 4 weeks of weekly aspirations, the seroma stopped forming. However, the area where the seroma was is now saggy and feels like there's golf-ball size lump underneath. I've been trying vigorous massage, which causes slight pain, but that has not helped. My plastic surgeon says it should hopefully heal over a couple more months, but it hasn't gotten any better. My right side looks great after the surgery.
