Safe to have lipo on thighs, abs and hips with a spinal cord injury? I have very limited feeling below waist and can't walk.

I have performed liposuction on patients with a SCI and they have done well. I agree with thinning your blood when recommended and monitored by your family physician (for instance). While I no longer perform laser assisted or ultrasound assisted liposuction, it is a good technique in experienced hands. Good luck!

It is hard without pictures and examination to give you good recommendations. You are at higher risk for complications based on your history and I would you explore less invasive options like cool sculpting.

This surgery is possible but you will likely be at higher risk. I am am concerned that your surgeon says the heat will tighten your skin.  be sure, very sure your surgeon is board certified by the American board of plastic surgery and has hospital privileges do do the same surgery there. Get more opinions. Good luck
