This is a common problem for women and as a woman, I get it! If the bra is tight enough to do what it is supposed to do, then it is going to make the fat bulge around it. The problem is extra skin as well as fat so liposuction with ultrasound works the best for me. The heat generated by the vibrational energy will tighten the skin much more than traditional or laser liposuction in my hands. I have used this for almost 20 years now in hundreds of cases. The back fat is usually fibrous and more difficult to remove so the internal ultrasound assisted Lipo is the best answer for me.
