By looking at your photos there is more than is needed than just the bra fat, including the lower back and arms.  I suggest going to a full body contouring specialist.  Price is dependent on the person experience and skill.  Do not compromise your care for cost or distance.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This is a common problem for women and as a woman, I get it! If the bra is tight enough to do what it is supposed to do, then it is going to make the fat bulge around it.  The problem is extra skin as well as fat so liposuction with ultrasound works the best for me. The heat generated by the vibrational energy will tighten the skin much more than traditional or laser liposuction in my hands.  I have used this for almost 20 years now in hundreds of cases.  The back fat is usually fibrous and more difficult to remove so the internal ultrasound assisted Lipo is the best answer for me.  Each area is roughly around 2 hours or 3000-$3500 initially and additional areas a little less.  See the video on my website as well as before and afters.
