Sides of nose very wide 1 year after rhinoplasty - how can I correct this? (Photos)

I'm 1 year post op after having an ethnic rhinoplasty. The sides of my nose/nasal sidewalls/middle vault is quite wide. Is this normal? What course of action should I take?

You may benefit from an in-fracture of the nasal bones.  You need to check your operative report to see if this was done at the time of your surgery.  I need side view photos to determine how much projection
you have.  By adding projection, this may pull the sides in as well.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. The mid-nasal vault can be narrowed. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
