Sides of nose very wide 1 year after rhinoplasty - how can I correct this? (Photos)

I'm 1 year post op after having an ethnic rhinoplasty. The sides of my nose/nasal sidewalls/middle vault is quite wide. Is this normal? What course of action should I take?

While it's possible to make the nose look like it was before, no one can guarantee that. With a well performed rhinoplasty, nasal bones can be straightened and cartilage supported to significantly improve the appearance after trauma. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation

You can definitely get that safely. narrowed that amount; however, it may be one of the things where you have to stage it (do it in 2 procedures) depending on how much tissue needs to be excised and how easily it redrapes.

Do I need a steroid injection 4 years after rhinoplasty? The tip seems to have gotten bigger. (Photos)

Based on your photos, a steroid shot will not be too helpful. With revision rhinoplasty, the nasal tip can be better supported and projected so that it can become more defined. Then the skin will tighten around it better. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
