Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bridge can be built up with grafting techniques, which will create a more balanced nose with your tip. The droopy tip will be lifted and supported so it stays up on its own, while being nicely refined. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

I don't understand the question of how this can be improved - go in for a rhinoplasty consult. You can get the tip lifted, some narrowing if that's what you desire, improvement in breathing, etc. One thing Iw ould note is that you do seem to have pretty thick skin so you may need to have some proper expectation setting, hopefully your surgeon talks to you about that. As for the clicking, not sure what that would be but if you can replicate it in the office , she can hopefully give you soem answers.

Your nose suffers from a very weak and unsuppportive skeletal frame, mostly below the nasal bones: middle vault, tip, supratip, anexxes, alae, nostrils and the total absence of the caudal septum (the latter a huge requirement and its reconstruction a technical challenge mastered by few).

This is the pefect example of the aesthetic and functional issues of a "small nose syndrome", when the skeleton is unable to provide a proper frame.

Your case is of very high difficulty, find help from a very good structure rhinoplasty surgeon with experience in asian noses.

African american rhinoplasty typically involves 4 different components. Some patients need them all, some only one or two. Here are the 4 components.
1. Improvement of the bridge height with an implant.
2. Narrowing of the wide upper nose (bony part) with osteotomies.
3. Narrowing of the tip (Tip-plasty)
4. Narrowing of the nostrils (Alarplasty)

In your case you need only 3 and 4 (Tip-plasty and Alarplasty)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Other maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
