Based on your photos, a steroid shot will not be too helpful. With revision rhinoplasty, the nasal tip can be better supported and projected so that it can become more defined. Then the skin will tighten around it better. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Your photographs are somewhat limited. However, you appear to have a wide base and the tip of the nose seems to be wide as well. You would benefit from a repeat rhinoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty rather than just steroid injections. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G.
