Fixing symmetry and tip width - More Risk Than Reward? (Photos)

Question

I don‘t want a huge change, mainly fixing symmetry and the width of the tip. For changes that small, is it more risk than reward?

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. You can certainly refine the nose and make it appear thinner. In the proper, experienced hands, the risk is minimal, and the outcome could be great. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You need a complete rhinoplasty.  Your base is too wide as well as your tip.  Just narrowing the tip width would be inadequate.

You are a perfect candidate for Tip plasty and Alarplasty. For a lot of African Americans the upper half of the nose looks good but in the bottom half it widens. To match the narrow upper half we narrow the tip (Tip-plasty) and narrow the wide nostrils (Alarplasty).
You don't need to go to sleep. Its in and out. You don't need to stay and can follow up virtually. 
It is definitely worth it if the tip and nostrils are your concern.
