If you want them perky you would need a lift. However you need to consider whether it’s worth the scars involved. You can probably keep the old implants where they are
The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear Katie.ban94,determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Yes, you need a lift to help raise your nipples and tighten the excess skin, especially on the lower side.
We can lifting with implants behind the muscle so they don't look low, behind the muscle they will look standing
If you want a perkier, more symmetrical look with more upper pole fullness you will want to consider a lift. This will remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple/areola. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your breast augmentation procedure. Many patients have asymmetry prior to surgery. If the same sized implants are placed during surgery, the same amount of asymmetry will be present after surgery. If it is bothersome and you would like it corrected I encourage...
Although your photos are taken only with one view, you do appear to be bottoming out some. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
Hi. I think your implants look like they are in the correct position. You could revise the breast lift to elevate your nipples slightly. This would give you a more youthful appearance. There are some other revisions you could consider as well, like possibly using a more projecting implant. ...
