I had a second surgery to fix animation problem and that the breasts fell laterally . But this is my outcome. I’m extremely not happy with how they look . What can I do now.

Hi. I think your implants look like they are in the correct position. You could revise the breast lift to elevate your nipples slightly. This would give you a more youthful appearance. There are some other revisions you could consider as well, like possibly using a more projecting implant. ...
It's hard to comment on what may have occurred without pre op photos. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation of your results. A lift on one side may be indicated to achieve better symmetry.
