Hi, I had a breast augmentation last may and I noticed right away that there was a sort of dent in one as well as droopy while the other is perked up and firm. The right one although feels so natural the implant dropped down and the dent has moved to the bottom of the breast where the gol should be. They are noticeably different. Do I need a complete revision?
