It's hard to comment on what may have occurred without pre op photos. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation of your results. A lift on one side may be indicated to achieve better symmetry.

You did not show your before photos, but I suspect one nipple sat lower than the other and still does. A lift could correct this difference.

Your breasts were completely different shapes and sizes. Now you are a closer looking result but I would offer revision of lower N/A via either donut lift or L-shaped lift. Remember they are sisters not twins....

I would suggest that you return to your original plastic surgeon to discuss your outcome. There is no substitute for an re-examination and candid discussion regarding treatment options and potential benefits/risks.
Pre-operative photographs could provide some insight into the nature of your present asymmetries.
