It’s been about two years yet you’ve always had issues with one side not only I’d one side painful but it’s much bigger I’d guess a whole cup size bigger it’s just ridiculous but my suregon has no intention in fixing me even though I payed 8,000 to have them done I saved forever to do this surgery and then something like this happends and he had no intention in fixing it how could he do this legally?

Although your photos are taken only with one view, you do appear to be bottoming out some. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
Hi. I think your implants look like they are in the correct position. You could revise the breast lift to elevate your nipples slightly. This would give you a more youthful appearance. There are some other revisions you could consider as well, like possibly using a more projecting implant. ...
It's hard to comment on what may have occurred without pre op photos. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation of your results. A lift on one side may be indicated to achieve better symmetry.
