Under eye bag removal can be done on those who look tired and older due to excessive development of fat under the eyes. It occurs as the membrane surrounding the fat under the eyes weaken and lose elasticity. Since the operation is performed under the inner conjunctiva of the eye,there is no occurrence of scaring. It's difficult to tell with the limited photo but you may have festoons or malar bags. These are not directly under the eye but are located closer to the top of the cheek. They are difficult to treat. Some patients find improvement with lasers or Morpheus8 treatments.

That said, on your photographs I see puffiness or and eye bag on your lower eyelid below the lashes and just above the cheek.

This is a very common condition and is caused by protrusion or herniation of the fat that surrounds the eyeball. As the skin ages and becomes lax the normal eyelid fat projects outward creating an eye bag.

Correction requires lower eyelid surgery called lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Modern correction of eye bags most often is achieved with a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty. This procedure uses an eyelid incision on the inside of the eyelid thus avoiding any visible external scar.
