My eyes have started dropping on outer sides and getting hollow on upper inner lids. My eyes use to look more plump on top and recently they started looking tired. I tried filler on inner upper lid but it didn't really work. By end of day my eyes start getting more hollow so I'm not sure if eyelid surgery is best option? What is best to help eyes look more rejuvenated, youthful and less downturned. Botox isn't really working
