Would I benefit from almond eye surgery? (Photo)

I don't know if that is the right surgery, but I would like to look natural, masculine, attractive and young: 1-Negative canthal tilt - correction from negative to neutral 2-Ptosis correction - left eye
 3-Reduce eyelid exposure on top and bottom. If possible, reduce overall frog eyes skin on both 4-Reduce eye bags. Red. dark circles with injections 5-On eyebrows: minoxidil and maybe transplant. Soft browlift, combined with symmetry correction, reversing negative tilt to a neutral angle
