Can fat transfer or fillers correct these? I'm hoping it can be corrected without the need to reopen the lower eyelids. This looks much worse than anything I had prior. The dr. was going to "just smooth it" instead I ended up with a deformity. I would appreciate any referrals to the right expert who can hopefully address it with fat or fillers. Thanks for taking my question.
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Lower eyelid Judging from your photo it appears you had a fat transposition surgery. In my hands I believe a revision surgery would likely be most beneficial. Any fillers or fat you place will only be in an attempt to hide the "bulge" and could make it worse. Best to discuss with an eyelid specialist.

Answer: HA Filler Can Work Well For Reflating Flattened Upper Cheek & Improving Under-Eyes Sorry you are having this problem. The use of an appropriate HA filler treatment for your upper cheek region can, when performed by an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist, reflate the flattened upper cheeks that are responsible for problems you demonstrate in the photos, i.e. the flattening and lack of cheek projection and the under-eye bags and crepeyness. Properly performed, the filler can reinflate the area and address both problems at once--a procedure that should not take more than ten or fifteen minutes to perform and with immediate, on the spot results. Hope this helps and best of luck

Answer: Deep under eye grooves post blepharoplasty Deep under eye grooves or hollows after blepharoplasty can be corrected with dermal fillers or fat transfer. This can be done without reopening the lower eyelids, as the filler or fat can be injected through a small needle or cannula. It is important to choose an experienced injector who has a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and can achieve natural-looking results. You may want to consider seeking a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or a dermatologist who specializes in facial rejuvenation. They can assess your specific concerns and determine the best treatment approach for you. It may also be helpful to view before-and-after photos of patients who have had similar procedures to get an idea of what kind of results you can expect. I hope this helps, best of luck !
