From your photos it appears you would have better results with a standard tummy tuck. This would address the excess fat and skin and correct the abdominal wall laxity. This is what is contributing to the round look of your abdomen. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape.
