Based on your photos, you appear to have loose skin. You also mentioned that you have abdominal muscle separation. For these reasons, a tummy tuck may be your only suitable option. Liposuction alone will not be sufficient.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Just based on your photos, I suspect you have a fair amount of internal fat. However, liposuction could remove excess external abdominal fat and a mini tuck could remove the excess lower skin. Weight loss will decrease the internal fat.

From your photos it appears you would have better results with a standard tummy tuck. This would address the excess fat and skin and correct the abdominal wall laxity. This is what is contributing to the round look of your abdomen. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more. Many have before/after photos available so you can review the look of the belly button after surgery.

You have several things going on with regards to your belly. It appears you have internal fat (called visceral fat) which may cause the upper round appearance. This may also be amplified by your separated or loose abdominal muscles. Weight loss is the best first suggestion before considering any plastic surgery procedure. While it appears an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) may be your best option, liposuction might work after weight loss if your belly flattens a bit.
Do not have liposuction of your sides and lower back alone as that will accentuate your abdominal curve.

If you want a tight flat abdomen then you’ll need to lose some weight and then have a full tummy tuck.
Your abdomen it’s bulging and it’s not just muscle separation. It looks to me like you have excess visceral fat that needs to be reduced before considering a tummy tuck.If you do a tummy tuck with excess visceral fat the results don’t look good and patients are left with a bulging upper abdomen.
I recommend working on weight loss first and you can always have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons if you’d like to explore surgical options further.
