Am 36yrs old female and i am 7 months TT post op, i had a tummy tuck which included liposuction of the tummy and waist, had my diastasis recti repaired and also a back liposuction, At 7 months i am really not happy, first my tummy still feels loose and soft n i hv developed love handles and one side is bigger than the other, i told my doctor but h keeps saying i still hv a lot of swelling, but the love handles don't feel like swelling. I didn't hv love handles before my surgery.

Yes, you need a revision, you steal have extra skin, you need lipo in the sides, and remove the extra skin in the front.

I think aggressive liposuction may help and after you've healed from that, some revision on that tummy tuck may be needed.  I really find it hard to get everything perfect in one procedure, especially if the first surgery is a bigger procedure.  Best Wishes!!

Just based on your photos, you appear to have swelling. However, an examination is needed to be sure. Otherwise, liposuction can remove residual fat.

I encourage you to begin by discussing your concerns with your surgeon.
