Yes, you need a revision, you steal have extra skin, you need lipo in the sides, and remove the extra skin in the front.

I think aggressive liposuction may help and after you've healed from that, some revision on that tummy tuck may be needed. I really find it hard to get everything perfect in one procedure, especially if the first surgery is a bigger procedure. Best Wishes!!
