Yes, Tragus can be repaired. It is not very complicated and can be done in the office under local anesthesia. It will not look exactly like before but the split will not be as noticeable.

A split trigs could be repaired. It would be replaced with a scar. There would still probably be a small notch where the scar reaches the edge of the tragus. This could be done under a local anaesthetic.
