Slightly curved nose and unsymmetrical nostrils. Can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had closed Septorhinoplasty one and half year ago. My nostrils are uneven and nose looks curved towards right. Nostrils are wider and flare when I smile. There is a dent on the side of nostril. In certain lights nose looks very unsymmetrical.

You are still very swollen. Most revision rhinoplasty patients (in my practice) require 2 years of edema (swelling) management / observation after surgery to see the final result. Some of the asymmetry may be related to the swelling. I would definitely express your concerns with your revision...
