Nose is over resected/over scooped. Can it be revised to make the bridge higher or bigger with rib cartilage graft? (Photos)

Based on your photos, your nasal bridge can be augmented with revision rhinoplasty. Either rib or a custom shaped Gortex graft can build it back up, making it look nice and natural. It looks like you shortened the tip a bit as well which can also be done. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

I agree that the upper 1/3 of your nose appears to have a bit of a low bridge appearance. Rather than undergoing surgery, you may wish to consider permanent non-surgical nose job treatments to augment the a proportion of your bridge for a more harmonious and less distracting nasal appearance. Based on your photograph, a revision with nasal tip deprojection and a fascial dorsal onlay graft would likely help correct the over scooped outlook of your nose.
