Nose is over resected/over scooped. Can it be revised to make the bridge higher or bigger with rib cartilage graft? (Photos)

Based on your photos, your nasal bridge can be augmented with revision rhinoplasty. Either rib or a custom shaped Gortex graft can build it back up, making it look nice and natural. It looks like you shortened the tip a bit as well which can also be done. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

I agree that the upper 1/3 of your nose appears to have a bit of a low bridge appearance. Rather than undergoing surgery, you may wish to consider permanent non-surgical nose job treatments to augment the a proportion of your bridge for a more harmonious and less distracting nasal appearance. Based on your photograph, a revision with nasal tip deprojection and a fascial dorsal onlay graft would likely help correct the over scooped outlook of your nose. The dorsum can be augmented with fillers, implants. My personal preference is a Silicone implant as it is very well shaped and can be placed and removed easily. Rib cartilage is great but involves a harvesting chest incision or cadaver cartilage. You should talk to your surgeon and follow her/his preference.

The photos that you have provided are very helpful. As rhinoplasty surgical techniques have gotten better, the changes that can be achieved in revision rhinoplasty can be quite profound. I am sorry that you are not happy with your post surgical outcome, but you seem to have realistic and reasonable expectations as to what can potentially be done to corrected the issue. There are many ways to build up the dorsum of the nose , including harvesting rib cartilage or obtaining a piece of fascia ....etc , your surgeon will decide on the best option for you after examining you .I hope this helps, best of luck !
