I had my second rhinoplasty 4.5 years ago. I feel the tip is still a bit bulbous and should be more streamlined and defined. What are my best options to hopefully thin my skin and shrink wrap it to my nose? Would steriod injections still help this far out from surgery? Would accutane help? Any other possibilities or advice? Thank you.
