Hi Doctors, I’m about 16 months out from my third rhinoplasty (January 2024), which included osteotomies and was done to refine some lingering asymmetries and improve the overall contour. Since then, I’ve had Kenalog and 5-FU injections, which helped slightly, but I’m still noticing: Ongoing fullness in the supratip area, especially on the right A bulbous appearance to the tip, more pronounced on one side That supratip area feels spongy, not firm like bone, but not soft like fluid either My surgeon has mentioned it’s difficult to tell whether the issue is related to swelling, scar tissue, or possibly something structural. I know healing after multiple surgeries can take longer, but at 16 months I’m starting to wonder if this is as resolved as it’s going to get. I’d really appreciate your thoughts on: Whether this kind of tissue texture and contour is typical this far out Whether further Kenalog could still help If imaging or revision assessment might be worth considering at this stage Thank you for your time.

Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can see from your photos full equality can never be achieved due to facial asymmetry. After consulting with your surgeon on the subject, it would be correct to talk for revision rhinoplasty after your 1st year has expired.
Best Regards!
