Nostril asymmetry 14 months post rhinoplasty - can this be fixed? (Photos)

Based on the photos you have provided, the asymmetry that you are perceiving may be due to a slight notching of left ala. If this is the case, these can be challenging to correct. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, a well designed revsion would likely improve your nostril asymmetry. Maneuvers for your surgery would include placement of extended alar contour grafts, tensioning the tip, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
