Secondary Rhinoplasty: When Is It Safe to Have Another Surgery Under General Anesthesia Without Affecting My Nose?

Hello doctors, I am planning to undergo secondary rhinoplasty, but after that I still need several other surgeries because I lost 60 kg (132 lbs). These include a butt lift, tummy tuck revision, and thigh lift. My biggest concern is timing. How long after a secondary rhinoplasty is it generally considered safe to undergo another surgery under general anesthesia, especially a butt lift, where I would have to lie on my stomach during the recovery period? I am also worried about the oxygen mask that is placed on the face during anesthesia. I'm afraid that the pressure from the mask could affect the healing nose or alter the final result, especially after a revision rhinoplasty. How long should I ideally wait after revision rhinoplasty before having another surgery to minimize any risk to my nasal result? Is there a recommended waiting period before it is considered safe? Are there any precautions the anesthesia team can take to protect the nose (for example, minimizing pressure from the oxygen mask or using alternative techniques when appropriate)?
