Ptosis surgery (raising the eyelid height) can often have asymmetries following surgery. Revision surgery would be required to improve the symmetry of the eyelids. Best to see your surgeon again to get their opinion.

You would need a revision lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting. Your lower eyelid fat is very prominent and needs to be appropriately reduced with surgery. The loss of volume in your cheek and area around your eyes can then be addressed. Non-surgical options will be of very little help.
Anytime you raise the eyelids, the redundant skin will gather more in the superior sulcus. In order to improve symmetry you have to address 3 issues: brow position, eyelid height and contour, and redundant skin. Revision surgery is possible but can be challenging. Best to see an eyelid expert.
