Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. you can consider a revision surgery to fix and camouflage bridge irregularity and bumps after one year of your primary surgery.

Turn your photos, I see that you have relatively thin nasal skin, and I can tell that you are bothered by the irregularities that are showing through your skin after your surgery. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for camouflaging cartilaginous irregularities, and for leading to a more natural looking nasal appearance, without further surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision with placement of a fascial dorsal onlay graft to help produce a smoother dorsal contour.
