Primary revision results unhappy. Is there a way the bridge can be reinstated and made slightly wider? (Photo)

Hi I am very upset with my result. The surgeon has shaved down my bridge without me wanting this and it’s now very thin and low with a lot of bumps that are highly noticeable. My skin is now really thin and I’m so upset. Is there a way by bridge can be reinstated and made slightly wider as it was previously? My tip in light also can see like a split effect running through it and it’s smaller than I wanted. I just want my bridge raised and slightly wider and my tip higher then my bridge and round
