Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty with nasal tip deprojection to give you a more natural result. This may also help your feelings of coldness by pressure reduction in your tip. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Sorry to hear about the cold feeling between your eyebrows and your forehead. This may be due to nerve or blood vessel injury to the superior part of the nose.

Based on your before and after photos you appear to have nostril retraction on front view, with asymmetrical nostril apertures. On profile, your nasal bridge is a bit too low and curved. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for permanently raising your nasal bridge, and lowering your nostril margins for a less operated nasal appearance, without undergoing further surgery. This would not improve your nasal breathing at all. This may be a reasonable alternative to the expense and uncertainty associated with a third nasal surgery. Wishing you well moving forward.
